A children's play for the entire family, "Tina Tattoo Face" tells the story of a baby girl who was left in a run-down orphanage and was discovered to have odd tattoos all over her face. Fifteen years later, the same girl has an opportunity to help both her friends and the orphanage itself by entering a national talent competition. However she has one major hurdle: her insecurity over how people will react to her face.
